
FARM TO TABLE
Jackie spends her days growing the fruit and veg in your salads and desserts, Jon (the proprietor) works on a local fishing boat bringing home prawns, squat lobters, fish for fishcakes, crab and even the occasional octopus.
Marianne tends the Toscaig wild boar/Tamworth piggies, (probably the happiest piggies you will ever see) that appear on our evening menus. Lamb also comes from Toscaig while Venison comes from the estate, and is butchered 'in house.
